New Delhi: Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has unveiled a new range of neo sports café motorcycle, the CB300R BSVI, and a new edition of the H’ness CB350 to mark the one-year completion of the model at the India Bike Week (IBW) 2021.
The new CB300R BSVI has a Bharat stage-VI compliant 286cc DOHC 4-valve liquid cooled single cylinder engine with PGM-FI technology for a strong acceleration and linear response during city rides. The new motorcycle comes equipped with assist and slipper clutch which provides an assist function for clutch operations requiring less load compared to a regular clutch mechanism, while the slipper reduces unpleasant shocks caused by sudden engine braking during downshifts, ensuring less fatigue and more comfort for a variety of rides. The instrument panel has additional features - gear position and side stand indicator with engine inhibitor. The new CB300R BSVI will be offered in two premium colors - matte steel black and pearl spartan red.
The H’ness anniversary edition is equipped with brown colored dual seat for added comfort to both rider and pillion while its chrome side-stand enhances premium appeal of the motorcycle. H’ness anniversary edition will be available in two color options - pearl igneous black and matt marshal green metallic. It is priced at Rs 2.03 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram).
The company sold total units of 280,381 including 256,170 domestic sales and 24,211 exports in the month pf November. Honda’s exports registered 18% growth compared to last year, which stood at 20,565 units.
