Singer & Anchor Aditya Narayan, his spouse test +ve for coronavirus

New Delhi: Singer Aditya Narayan and his wife, actor Shweta Agarwal, have tested positive for COVID-19 and are under quarantine.In an Instagram post, he posted "Hello all! Unfortunately, my wife @shwetaagarwal and I have tested positive for COVID-19 and are in quarantine.''
The 33-year-old singer, who is hosting singing reality show "Indian Idol", wrote,'' Please stay safe, continue to follow protocol and do keep us in your prayers. This too shall pass."
Shweta reposted the same message on her Instagram account.
 
It is to be noted that the couple got hitched last year in December month. Keeping the pandemic in mind only a few friends along with the close relative and family members were part of the wedding.

The duo met at the sets of the movie "Shaapit" in the year 2010 and subsequently started dating. Son of Udit Narayan, Aditya Narayan has created a niche for himself as a popular host of the small screen. Besides, Singing and acting he has been a host for SaReGaMaPa challenge, Rising Star 3 and Entertainment ki Raat. He is hosting the fame singing reality show "Indian Idol 12" these days.

Ms Ganguly said she was not aware how she contracted the virus despite her husband and the entire unit taking necessary precautions.She said, 'despite the husband taking all the precautions and @directors cut taking all the precautions - I still managed to get it.'
 
'Take care and stay safe everyone and keep showering ur love on my family and Anupamaa family,' the actor, who is asymptomatic for the virus, said.'Have quarantined myself away from my family and other humans. Family has been tested and awaiting results…. please keep them in ur prayers,' she said.(UNI)
