Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’s ‘Malkhan’ Deepesh Bhan passes away at 41

New Delhi: Television actor Deepesh Bhan, well known for his roles in shows like ‘FIR’ and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’, passed away in Mumbai on Saturday, following a cardiac arrest.
He was 41. He is survived by his wife and a son.
Deepesh, reportedly collapsed while he was playing cricket, and was rushed to a private hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
Born on May 11, 1981, in Delhi, Deepesh did his acting course from National School of Drama (NSD). He started his career as a theatre artist and then worked in a few Television shows like ‘Comedy Ka King Kaun’, Bhootwala Serial’, ‘FIR’, and ‘May I Come In Madam?’
His co-stars were shocked by his demise, and took to the social media to pay heartfelt tribute to him. Deepesh was quite famous for his role as Malkhan Singh in ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’.
Shubhangi Atre shared a picture with Deepesh on her Instagram handle and wrote, “I wish you could stay more with all of us. You could spend more time and spread more happiness around you. Rest In Peace my Dost”.
Saumya Tandon wrote, “Can’t believe you are gone. Can’t hear you laugh, or sing , and react to your PJs. You were a heart of gold. light up heaven Deepesh Bhan with your goodness. Miss you”.
Kavita Kaushik said, “In shock, gutted, pained with the news of Deepesh Bhan passing away at the age of 41 yesterday, a very important cast member in f.i.r , Was a fit guy who never drank/smoked or did anything to harm his health, left behind a wife n one year old child and parents and us all”.
Rohitashv Gour remembered ‘Malkhan’ and said, “Bhabhiji ghar par hai ke Malkhan humare aziz Dipesh bhai aaj is duniya ko alwida keh gaye. Life is so unpredictable. Kuch din pehle he Maine apni nay gadi ke sath photo share ki thi kal raat ko insta par reel upload ki Dipesh ke sath. Lekin aaj vo humare beech nahi hai.”
The fans too were left in shock and social media was flooded with condolences. One user said, “Miss you a lot Deepesh sir gone too soon”, while the other said, “Very shocking and sad to learn that he is no more I will surely miss him ad coz of his funny antics not only from this from FIR and May I come in madam .. His signature Shifty Eye Movements and Elbows to Tikha surely bought a smile to our faces.”
One fan said, “Heartbreaking news”, while the other user said, “Unbelievable he was so talented. Will miss malkhan”. (UNI)
