New Delhi: Days after his death, Delhi Police has initiated a probe after a woman wrote to the cops alleging the role of her husband in the death of actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik, sources said.
Sources said that an inspector-level official would record the woman's statement regarding her allegations in connection with Satish Kaushik's death.
The woman, wife of a Delhi based businessman, had written to the Delhi Police Commissioner alleging the role of her husband in Kaushik's death for a sum of Rs 15 crore which he took from actor.
The actor wanted his money back, and they had an argument over it. The woman's husband promised to return his money, the woman claimed in her complaint.
Police earlier said that local Police were in touch with Kaushik's family. However, the police proceedings under section 174 CrPC were going on.
