Tirumala: Anna Konidela, wife of Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, offered prayers at the Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple here.

She participated in the Srivari Suprabhata Seva and had darshan of the deity. Following the rituals, temple officials presented her with the Srivari Theertha Prasadam.

Earlier, she was formally received by temple authorities at the Vaikuntam Q Complex.

Ana Konidela, also known as Anna Lezhinova, visited Tirumala after her son, Mark Shankar, sustained minor injuries in a recent fire accident. She arrived in Tirumala on Sunday evening and stayed at the local Gayatri Nilayam guest house.

As per temple tradition, she first visited the Sri Bhu Varaha Swamy temple for darshan. Later, she offered her hair at the Kalyanakatta near the Sri Padmavati Inquiry Center.

Being a non-Hindu devotee, she signed the declaration form at the guest house, as required by TTD norms, before proceeding for darshan, temple sources said.
