“Lata Mangeshkar to remain in ICU”: Doctor shares veteran singer’s health update

Mumbai: The health condition of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, who was tested Covid-19 positive, has improved but she will continue to remain in the ICU of a city hospital, the doctors said on Sunday.

Dr Pratit Samdani, one of the doctors treating her, said, the 92 year-old singer is responding to the treatment but she will remain under observation.

Last week, she was tested positive for Covid-19 but with mild symptoms. She was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in south Mumbai, Maharashtra. (UNI)
