Rangoon fails to surge despite holiday on the first day

Mumbai: Despite positive reviews from critics and Mahashivratri holidays, Kangana starrer Rangoon fails to replicate the act in moolah on Friday. There were scant people in the morning shows and hardly any enthusiasm for “first day, first show”.

Earlier,It was looking like the movie may not be able to touch 5 crore on day 1, but in the evening more audiences were witnessed in the multiplexes. The collection may increase on the weekend, but public review of the movie is not so encouraging. (WD)
