New Delhi: Makers of the Gurmeet Chaudhry, Sharman Joshi starrer ‘Wajaz Tum Ho’ have postponed the release of the film to December 16 due to the cash crunch in the country caused by the demonetisation decision of the government.Directed by Vishal Pandya, who earlier helmed ‘Hate Story 2’ and Hate Story 3’, ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ was earlier scheduled for release on December 2 along with the Vidya Balan Arjun Rampal-starrer ‘Kahaani 2’.

The maker of the movie, which stars Sana Khan, Sharman Joshi, Rajneesh Duggal and Gurmeet Choudhary, have decided to shift the release date to December 16 as the target audience of ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ is based in smaller towns where there is a severe crunch of availability of new currency.

Due to this short-term affect of demonetisation, the makers were thus advised by the trade to shift the release to December 16.Trade sources say that a release on December 16, when there is no other Bollywood film scheduled for release, might work in favour of the film. (UNI)
