Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer horror comedy ‘Stree’ has hit the jackpot at the box office. The film has entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share the collections. He wrote, “And #Stree hits a century... Crosses Rs. 100 cr mark... [Week 3] Fri 2.14 cr, Sat 3.76 cr. Total: Rs. 101.43 cr. India biz... This one’s a LOTTERY for its investors.
The film, which also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee, has received positive reviews from the audiences and critics alike.
Stree has now become the 9th Bollywood film of 2018 to hit 100 crore mark after Padmaavat, Raazi, Gold, Baaghi 2, Raid, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Sanju and Race 3.
