Raju Srivastava serious, UP CM Yogi Adityanath speaks to comedian's wife, assures help

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday spoke to the family members of comedian Raju Srivastava, who suffered a heart attack and has been admitted to AIIMS New Delhi.
Adityanath inquired about the health of the stand-up comedian, who is also former Chairman of Film Bandhu. He wished Srivastava, who is from Kanpur, a speedy recovery.
According to the CM office sources, he spoke to Srivastava's wife and inquired about his health. The actor-comedian's condition is stated to be serious.
The CM has assured all possible help to his family. He has also directed the officials to extend all possible help.
Yogi tweeted: "Talked to the wife of famous comedian Raju Shrivastava, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and very talented, and inquired about his health. Wishing Lord Shri Ram for his speedy recovery."
Deputy CM and Health Minister Brijesh Pathak has also wished for speedy recovery of Raju Srivastava. It may be mentioned that a native of Kanpur. Raju was appointed as the Chairman of Film Bandhu by the UP government in 2019 and his tenure ended before the assembly elections. (UNI)
