Mumbai: The track 'Tamancha' from the forthcoming film "Uff Yeh Siyapaa" has been unveiled, radiating verve and vigour in equal measure.
Breaking away from the formulaic mould of mainstream, "Uff Yeh Siyapaa" is envisioned as a bold cinematic experiment, where music assumes the role of both voice and soul.
Rahman's composition for 'Tamancha' brims with infectious energy, while Amitabh Bhattacharya's evocative lyrics lend the track an edge of bolness and flair, Sunidhi Chauhan with her fiery yet velvety timbre, lifts the composition to incandescent heights.
Tamancha is a peppy dance number that blends great tunes with a moody vibe. In the song, Nora Fatehi will be seen showing her charming moves and Soham Shah joins her presence, completing the choreography with quiet gravitas.
A.R. Rahman said, "In a film where there is no dialogue, the music is not just a background, it takes the lead and speaks. In Tamancha, we have used a little patience and precision, which involved restraining ourselves while also maintaining the energy. In this way, the rhythm carries the emotions in the song."
Sunidhi Chauhan said, “The song strikes a balance between seduction and boldness. It is not too loud but has a long lingering effect, which is what made it creatively so fun to sing.”
