After Poster, VRA shares the trailer of 'Unreported', Web series touted as sequel of TKF

Amid Furore over the all time Blockbuster the Kashmir Files the national award winner Director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri has shared the trailer soon after relasing the first poster of the next version of the movie as "Unreported" in the recent past. However the creation will be a docu series on the same subject.

In the December last year, filmmaker took to the micro blogging site Twitter  quoted a netizen and wrote, "We are making a Docu series -The Kashmir Files Unreported."Now the National Award winner director will dissect the genocide further with a five episode web series which will soon be released on the OTT platform Zee 5.

The first poster was also shared in the same connection.The poster depicts an in bound ruffled ledger engulfed in the dust as if it has been taken out of from the cabinet of a government department.The filmmaker released the trailer and the title "The Kashmir File Unreported" became the top trend on twitter like a wild fire. The trailer began with the staggering difference between the reality and the rosy picture which was being painted by the bollywood directors in the early ninties. The on record statement of the eye witnesses of genocide was the X factor. The trailer culminated with the back score of The Kashmir files, which can plunge any person into the deeper hole of sadness. Probably this was the connecting line between the movie and series.  

Notably the movie which depicted Kashmiri Pandit's geneocide waiting to be canvassed for 3 decaded on celluloide, become the first Hindi film in the pandemic era to surpass the Rs 250 crore mark.

Written and directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the exodus drama features a stellar cast of actors including Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi and Chinmay Mandlekar.

Produced by Zee Studios and Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, ‘The Kashmir Files’, written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri was released in theatres on 11th March, 2022 and created a storm at the box office after positive mouth publicity.
