New Dehli: Dera Sacha Sauda chief Baba Ram Rahim today issued a video, in which he appealed to his followers to maintain peace ahead of CBI verdict in the state. In his video he urged not to create any untoward incidents, and also asked his followers to return to their home from Panchkula. "It is me who have to listen the verdict, and i will hear it. We should respect law and order, and also maintain peace.
The people who have gathered in Panchkula should return to their home", he said in a video. A heavy security blanket has been put in place across Punjab and Haryana after both the state governments found Dera supporters gathered from Chandigarh to Panchkula in lakhs. Tomorrow, a special CBI court in Panchkula will pronounce its judgement against the Dera Sacha Sauda chief. The judgement is in connection with 14 year-old rape case against Ram Rahim. (UNI)
