Congress spreading 'dirt' against BJP will make Lotus bloom easier: Modi

Bhuj: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday flayed opposition Congress for making baseless allegations against the BJP and said the manner "dirt" has been hurled, it has become easier for 'Lotus' to bloom.Addressing an election rally here, Mr Modi said, "the state of Gujarat will never forgive Congress"."The dirt spread around would make it easier for Lotus to bloom," he said in reference to the BJP symbol.He said the Congress party has been ignoring the importance of the state from the times of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
He said, "In one side, we have made development our election plank while on the other side there's only a politics of dynasty"."If water from river Narmada had come to Kutch region 30 years back, the people here would not have been suffered so much. Locals from Kutch region had to migrate even to far off states like Nagaland and Mizoram," Mr Modi said blaming Congress policy that led to enmasse migration of the Kutch people.He said even during the Pt Jawaharlal Nehru, the people of Bhuj and Kutch region suffered.
