New Delhi: The investigation in the toolkit row has started at a brisk pace as sleuths raided the office of a top microblogging site in Delhi. It is to be noted that last week Twitter flagged the tweet of Ruling party BJP's fame spokesperson Sambit Patra as "Manipulated Media".
BJP alleged that Congress has created a toolkit and termed the new variant of the virus as Indian and Modi to defame the image of the nation and prime minister.  However, Congress rubbished the allegations and blamed the BJP for using a fake toolkit to denigrate the grand old party.

Meanwhile, the special cell of Delhi police sent a notice to Twitter India on Monday and 2 teams raided the Gurugram located office of Twitter India.

The PRO of Delhi Police Chinmay Biswal stated that the teams went to the office of Twitter India to hand them a notice. It was required as the cops were not satisfied with Twitter India's MD's reply.

Prima Facia it seems that Twitter India has a piece of information that Delhi police is unaware of and is a matter of probe.(WD)
