LoC firing:Army officer among four martyred,three injured in Rajouri

Jammu: Four soldiers including a Captain attained martyrdom and three including a civilian girl got injured as Pakistan shelled heavily and fired unprovoked along the Line of Control in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.
"Pakistani troops on Sunday evening fired unprovoked and targeted forward Indian posts along LoC in Bhimber Gali area of Rajouri," official sources here said.They said that they heavily fired on forward posts while in shelling four of Indian soldiers including a Captain attained martyrdom."Two jawans and a civilian girl also sustained injuries in the firing," they added and said that own troops are giving a befitting reply to the firing.Pakistani troops in the morning also fired unprovoked and violated the ceasefire agreement in Poonch.Meanwhile around 100 schools located close to border have been shut due to heavy firing in Rajouri and Poonch.(UNI)
