New Delhi/Kolkata:"Atyachar aar beshi din noe (Days of atrocities and torture are numbered)," tweeted senior BJP leader Arvind Menon, party's co-incharge for West Bengal.
Mr Menon's missive in the micro blogging site came hours after West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh's vehicle was attacked on Thursday at Sitalkuchi area of Cooch Behar district allegedly by Trinamool Congress workers. "Time is coming fast for Lotus to bloom in West Bengal," Mr Menon said.

He also wrote in Bangla if Mamata Banerjee is so much "sanguine" to pursue the politics of torture and violence, BJP has also decided to stand firm against such 'conspiracy'.

"This will be real test of BJP workers to face the challenge in unity," he wrote."Trinamool leaders attacked my car and shouted slogans demanding that I should go back. Some of my party workers were injured during the violence. The police were watching merely as mute spectators," Mr Ghosh said said earlier after the incident at Sitai More in Sitalkuchi. (UNI)
