Out of 13,26,725 candidates registered for the exam, 12,69,922 candidates appeared and 7,14,562 qualified for the admission to various medical and allied courses. With the NEET result declaration, CBSE brought an end to the month-long wait of 13,26,725 candidates who had appeared for the exam on May 6. The result was scheduled to be declared on June 5.
Students can checked their results at cbseneet.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in.NEET exam is conducted by CBSE to grant admission to MBBS/BDS courses across the country in Medical/Dental colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India except for the institutions established through an Act of Parliament that is AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry.
