New Delhi: There will be no heatwave in Delhi in this week, an official of India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Wednesday.
He said the minimum temperature was recorded at 24.9 degrees Celsius, three notches below the normal, while the relative humidity at 0830 hours was recorded at 42 per cent.
"The sky will remain partly cloudy with possibility of development of thunder lightning," the official said, adding, there is no forecast of rain.
He said the maximum temperature will hover around 40 degrees Celsius.
On Tuesday, the mercury settled at 39.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the normal. (UNI)
