No respite from rising fuel prices

New Delhi: Fuel prices were hiked for the sixth consecutive day on Tuesday with petrol being sold at Rs 70.41 per litre in the national capital and Rs 76.05 a litre in Mumbai.
According to the data available on Indian Oil Corporation website, fuel prices have increased in the range of 28-31 paise.Similarly, in Kolkata and Chennai, petrol is availed at Rs 72.52 per litre and Rs 73.08 per litre. 
 
Meanwhile, diesel is retailing at Rs 64.47 per litre in the national capital, Rs 67.49 in Mumbai, Rs 66.24 per litre in Kolkata and Rs 68.09 per litre in Chennai.(UNI)
