One more ‘Burari case’, 7 members of a family commit suicide in Ranchi

Ranchi: Police has recovered seven bodies from a house located at Bodeya under Kanke Police Station area of the state capital.

Senior police officers, including Ranchi SSP Anish Gupta, have reached on the spot. The house is located near Bodeya cold storage.

Police sources said that an FSL team has been also called on the spot. They said the family, which hailed from the lower middle-class, lived on rent at the house.

More details are awaited. Earlier this month, six members of a family in Hazaribagh had committed suicide due to alleged financial stress. (UNI)
