New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated two landmark infrastructure projects in the national capital — the Delhi stretch of the Dwarka Expressway and the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II).

Developed at a combined cost of nearly Rs 11,000 crore, these corridors are poised to ease traffic congestion, cut travel time, and enhance connectivity across Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).

Prior to the formal inauguration, PM Modi virtually reviewed the progress of both projects. He also interacted with construction workers, recognising and appreciating their dedication to the nation’s infrastructure development.

At the inauguration event, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended a ceremonial welcome to the Prime Minister.
