Phagwara (Punjab): A youth was allegedly beaten to death with bricks by three assailants in Chhokran village near Phillaur on Friday.
Police said on Saturday that a minor quarrel between the assailants and the deceased was said to be the cause of murder.
The youth, identified as Roop Lal was admitted to Phillaur Civil Hospital but he could not survive.
The police have registered a case against three killers identified as Sucha Ram, Kamaljit and Jaswinder Pal of the same village who arel absconding.
