Union Minister Debashree Chaudhary was also present on the occasion.
Addressing on the occasion, Govil said, “After Prime Minister Narendra Modi took over the leadership of the country, all the definitions of politics have changed. There has been a positive change.”
Govil said he has come into politics according to the same strategy.
