New Delhi: The political storm and internal bickering, kicked off in the BJP after party leader Yashwant Sinha's article on alleged inept handling of Indian economy by the Modi government and especially Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, are far from over. While Union Minister Jayant Sinha, son of 84-year-old Yashwant Sinha, stepped in writing an elaborate article in defend of government's policies, a known 'rebel' MP Shatrughan Sinha today endorsed Yashwant's diagnosis of the malady in Indian economy.

He also spoke about "pervasive dirty trick department" in the party which is trying to attribute motives" to the former Finance Minister's observations. "For those who are trying hard to sidetrack the issues raised by Yashwant Sinha. I want to say that you can have a difference of opinion....(and) a democracy allows you to have one. But you should be able to rebut someone's views point by point, with strong and pointed arguments," the actor-turned-politician wrote in a series of tweets.

The Patna Sahib MP and former Union Health Minister under Atal Behari Vajpayee also maintained that there is a need for taking "remedial actions" soon. "Hope, wish and pray that all those people who matter in our party ponder over what has been said by Mr Yashwant Sinha," he said and maintained remedial measures is taken soon and "sooner the better". "Mr Yashwant Sinha is a true statesman and a tried and tested man of wisdom, who has proven himself as one of the best and most successful Finance Ministers," the actor-turned-politician wrote.
