New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on Wednesday condoled the deaths of 11 people in a road accident in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing grief over the deaths said, in a message, “Saddened by the accident in Vadodara. My thoughts are with those who lost their loved ones. Praying that the injured recover soon. The administration is providing all possible assistance at the site of the accident.”
Extending condolences to the bereaved families, Mr Kovind said he was distressed to learn about the loss of lives in a tragic road accident in Vadodara, Gujarat.
“In this hour of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families. I wish speedy recovery of the injured,” he said in his message.
In a condolence message to the bereaved family, the Vice-President said he was “deeply anguished to learn about the loss of lives in a road accident in Vadodara, Gujarat. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured.”
Eleven people were killed and 15 injured after a truck collided with a trailer in Vadodara’s Wadodia. (UNI)
