New Delhi: Swaraj India president Yogendra Yadav today took a dig at the Aam Aadmi Party and said that it is all set to commit suicide due to its alleged misgovernance, misdeeds, corruption and compromises done in Delhi. Mr Yadav's comments comes a day after the party (AAP), of which he was once a prominent face years back, received a major drubbing at the hands of BJP-SAD candidate Manjinder Singh Sirsa in the Rajouri Garden Assembly by-election. "There is no denying that the BJP is out to murder the AAP. But the party due to its misgovernance, misdeeds, corruption and compromises is all set to commit suicide," the former AAP leader said, while campaigning for his party (Swaraj India) for the upcoming MCD elections slated to be held on April 23. Attacking AAP, Mr Yadav said, "We are witnessing a bizarre and tragic spectacle in democratic politics.

The BJP is waging an all-out war to finish the AAP. But it may not succeed as the AAP leadership is out on a self-destruction mode. We do not know which comes first, the murder or the suicide." "At a time when all other parties are only focussed on getting Delhi rid of each other, Swaraj India is focussed on getting Delhi rid of garbage and dirt," he asserted. The party, had earlier released it's vision document titled 'SaafDilSaafDilli' to woo the voters and it would be releasing a detailed manifesto tomorrow. (UNI)
