New Delhi: All eyes will be on BJP chief Amit Shah's much-talked about rally in Kolkata
on Friday."I will be in West Bengal to address the "Yuva Swabhiman Samavesh" organised by BJYM," Mr Shah said in a tweet.

Intensifying the rivalry, Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress has launched a poster war asking 'BJP to leave Bengal'.Posters like 'Anti-Bengal BJP Go Back'  are seen along with the posters of BJP leaders near the venue of BJP president.

Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh has dismissed the Trinamool's poster campaign saying the action only reflects nervousness on the part of Ms Banerjee's party."Only the people of the state will decide in the coming days who will stay and who will leave....The days of Trinamool are numbered. The people of the state are waiting for good governance,"Mr Ghosh has said.

Mr Shah's rally in Kolkata comes close on the heels of the Congress, the Trinamool Congress and the other opposition parties "disallowing" Mr Shah to speak in Rajya Sabha on NRC register issue in Assam or on the agrarian crisis.BJP leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said last week that Ms Banerjee's party was uncomfortable about Mr Amit Shah's rally in Kolkata.

Trinamool leader Derek O' Brien has, however, dismissed the charge that his party was against Mr Shah's rally."Happy journey to the land of peace and harmony," he has tweeted. (UNI)
