Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain’s father dies of COVID

New Delhi: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain’s father has passed away due to novel coronavirus, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal informed through social media on Sunday.
“Our health minister Satyendar Jain lost his father today to COVID. V v sad. Satyendar himself has been working tirelessly round the clock for the people of Delhi. God bless his soul and my heartfelt condolences to the family,” the Chief Minister said.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia also expressed his condolence over the unfortunate event.
“My close friend and colleague in Delhi Govt Satyendar Jain @SatyendarJain has lost his father. It’s a very sad news for all of us in this tough time. May his soul rest in peace. Om shanti,” Mr Sisodia tweeted. (UNI)
