Discount on petrol/diesel purchased online from today

New Delhi: The Public Sector Petroleum Companies, through its Petrol pumps, will reimburse the incentive of 0 point 75 percent discount with effect from monday midnight .This amount of discount will be credited to customer’s account use to buy petrol/diesel through digital transactions by way of cash back within maximum three working days of the transaction.According to a release issued by Indian Oil here today, this would be done in accordance with the announcement made by the Centre to incentivize the use of digital payment.

It may be noted that the government has taken a number of initiatives to encourage the transformation.As a part of these initiatives, to promote cashless transactions ,Government of India has announced to incentivize petrol/diesel customers transacting at PSU petrol pumps by way of 0.(UNI)
