New Delhi: Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has been booked in Delhi’s Mandawali police station for allegedly making objectionable remarks against Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) female workers in a TV interview, sources said on Monday.

The FIR has been registered after a BJP worker of Women Wing Deepti Rawat Bhardwaj filed a complaint at Mandawali Police Station. In her complaint, she alleged that the statement of Raut is not only derogatory to women but also outraged the modesty of the women party workers of the BJP.
