New Delhi: Reiterating her son's demand that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) make public the details of alleged foreign visits by its five leaders, Annapurna Mishra, mother of sacked AAP Minister Kapil Mishra today asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to provide the same. "Being a mother, I want to tell you he (Kapil) has asked for a small information, give him," Ms Mishra stated in her letter addressed to Mr Kejriwal. She also clarified that her son was not an agent of anyone but only of 'truth'. "This lies won't help you (kejriwal), learn to fear God. You, know he (Kapil) is stubborn.

Since last three days he has not eaten anything. You have worked with him but you have failed to understand him", Mr Mishra's mother asserted. She also alleged that Mr Kejriwal's close associates have been circulating fake images on social media to tarnish her son's image. Today is the third day of the suspended AAP member's hunger strike. The first day of his protest was surrounded by a controversy after a man tried to assault him following which the accused was manhandled by his supporters and later whisked away by the police.

Earlier, he had said that he will continue his protest till AAP disclose details of foreign visits by its leaders (Ashish Khaitan, Satyendar Jain, Durgesh Pathak, Sanjay Singh and Raghav Chadha). Mr Mishra, who was on Saturday removed as Water Minister, had accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of indulging in corruption, and accepting Rs 2-crore from Mr Jain. (UNI)
