Militants manage to escape after attacking CRPF camp in Kashmir

Srinagar: Militants managed to escape under the cover of darkness after attacking a security force camp in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, official sources said here today. They said the militants hurled grenades and resorted to indiscriminate firing towards 182 batallion CRPF camp at Tahab in Pulwama last night.
Security forces immediately retaliated and exchange of fire continued for some time. Later, additional security forces were rushed from nearby camps and entire area was sealed. Later, the security forces conducted search operation, they said, adding but the militants had managed to escape under the cover of darkness. (UNI)
