Pune: Australia were 46/2 in their second innings at Tea on Day 2, after Steve O'Keefe's career best 6/35 bundled out India on 105 runs at the MCA stadium here this afternoon.Resuming the second session from 70/3, the Indian batsmen surrendered against the visitors and lost the remaining seven wickets for just 35 runs.

Taking full advantage of the turning wicket, O'Keefe completely dismantled the Indian camp to bag six out of the seven remaining wickets.After Lokesh Rahul's (64) dismissal, none of the host batsman could even touch the double digit execpt Ajinkya Rahane (13).Rahane and Rahul, however forged a 50-run partnership for the fourth wicket.Apart from O'Keefe, pacer Mitchell Starc bagged two wickets for 38 runs while Jose Hazlewood and Nathan Lyon took one wicket each.

Australia's second inning also received a big blow in the very first over as R Ashwin caught opener David Warner (10) in front of the wicket.Ashwin struck again in the seventh over to dismiss the other opener Shaun Marsh on a duck.Skipper Steve Smith (29) and Peter Handscomb (18) were unbeaten at the crease when the umpires called for the tea break and the Australian scorecard reading 46/2.
