Process for extradition of ISI agent from Dubai is on

Patna: Even as Nepalese police have initiated process to extradite ISI agent from Dubai for his involvement in derailment of two trains near Kanpur last year, teams of National Investigation Agency (NIA), Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Intelligence Bureau (IB) are quizzing thee suspects to probe their ISI links. The ISI agent Shamsul Huda, a Nepalese citizen is considered the mastermind behind subversive activities in the country and his extradition from Dubai is necessary to get into full details of ISI`s modus operandi to target trains in the country, a senior police officer said.
Huda had hired his fellow countrymen Brij Kishore Giri alias Baba Giri, Shambhu Giri and Mujahir Ansari who were arrested by Nepal Police recently for targeting trains in India. Later, Brij Giri had hired three local youths –Umashankar Patel, Motilal Paswan and Mukesh Yadav who were involved in derailment of Indore-Patna Express, Sealdah-Ajmer Express last year. At least 140 passengers had lost their lives due to derailment of Indore-Patna Express near Kanpur on November 20 last year. MORE (UNI)
