SC issues notice to Shahabuddin on the bail cancellation petition

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today issued notice to former Rashtriya Janata Dal Parliamentarian Mohammad Shahabuddin, and also rejected the interim stay on the bail granted to him by the Patna High Court order after hearing a plea filed by the victim's father, challenging his bail in a murder case. The matter now would be heard on September 26. The Bihar government also sought an issuance of Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) against him.  (UNI)
