New Delhi: The Supreme Court today refused to stay the swearing-in of Manohar Parikkar today and ordered to conduct the Floor Test on March 16, at 1100 hrs.
A three-judge bench of the Apex Court, headed by Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar, passed the order after hearing in detail from the petitioner, Congress and the Central government. (UNI)
