Two alert RPF jawans save life of elderly passenger at Kalyan railway station (Video)

Thane: Two alert RPF jawans at Kalyan railway station saved the life of a 79-year-old passenger who slipped in the gap between the platform and footboard while boarding an express train.

The passenger, Mansoor Ahmed, attempted to board the running Punjab Mail on platform No 4 at Kalyan railway station at around 2030 hours on Friday night when his legs slipped and he fell into the gap between the platform and the footboard, police said.

Upon seeing incident, two RPF jawans rushed, pulled the passenger out and saved his life.
