WhatsApp, Facebook, Insta services down; netizens react with hilarious memes on Twitter

New Delhi: Popular messaging app WhatsApp, social networking site Facebook and photo-sharing platform Instagram have gone down on Monday around 9 PM with many users reporting issues on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Even as the outage continued, the topic started trending on Twitter. It also sparked meme fest on the micro-blogging site.
