The ICC Women’s World Cup final between India and South Africa will be played on Sunday at 3 PM at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Several matches in the tournament have already been affected by rain, so all eyes are now on Mumbai’s weather for the big final.

In Navi Mumbai, hot and humid conditions are expected today. The morning is likely to begin with partly cloudy skies, with temperatures reaching around 31°C. By afternoon, it could rise further to 34°C under the sun. During the match, cloud cover may persist, and there is a chance of rain in the evening.

According to AccuWeather, light to moderate rain is expected between 4 PM and 7 PM, while temperatures could drop to around 25°C by evening. The toss will play a crucial role, as dew could become a major factor in the second innings.

If rain prevents play, a reserve day has been allocated for the final. However, match officials will try their best to complete the game on the scheduled day. In case of interruptions, the number of overs may be reduced to ensure a result.

Notably, when India and South Africa met in the league stage, it was a closely contested match where India suffered a narrow defeat by 3 wickets.
