Abu Dhabi:Brilliant half-century by skipper Rohit Sharma (80 off 54), Suryakumar Yadav (47) and all-round performance by bowlers helped Mumbai Indians win against Kolkata Knight Riders by 49 runs in the 13th edition of the IPL here at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium on Wednesday.
Rohit Sharma (80 off 54), Suryakumar Yadav (47) posted 195/5 in 20 overs, but KKR were bowled out 146/9.
In the end it was Chahar who picked wicket of Shivam Mavi in the last ball of the last over taking MI to 49 runs win against KKR. Wicket takers for MI were Pattisnon 2/25, Chahar 2/26, Boult 2/30, Bumrah 2/32 and Pollard 1/21. (UNI)
