Pak speed-star Shoaib Akhtar comments on Indian pace battery

NewDelhi:  Popularly known as Rawalpindi Express, Former Pakistani pace bowler Shoaib Akhatar has said that it will take years for India to be recognized as the nation of pace bowlers. After a long time the team has prepared a pool of 5 pace bowlers in south Africa. However Akhtar said that it is still not the best bowling line up.

Shoaib said that the bowling unit has been improving on a constant basis. The team management and Virat Kohli have put combined efforts to strengthen the Indian pace battery. Personally, Shoaib thought that Varun Aaron, Umesh Yadav and Md Shami will be key fast bowlers, but it didn’t happen. (WD)
