A nursing graduate died of excessive vaginal bleeding in Gujarat reportedly due to complications she suffered during sex.
The 23-year-old woman was with her boyfriend in a hotel room where she faced vaginal tears, causing the bleeding, according to the forensic report.
Instead of calling an ambulance or rushing her to a hospital, the boyfriend started searching for remedies online. He has been arrested.
According to police, the couple had checked into a hotel in the Navsari district on September 23. The woman started bleeding heavily during sex, sending the couple into a panic. But the man, instead of calling an ambulance or taking the woman to a hospital, attempted to find online solutions.
"He tried using a cloth to stop the bleeding, but it didn't work. The woman fainted, and only then he called a friend for help," police officials said.
The couple was eventually taken to hospital, but unfortunately, the woman was declared dead upon arrival. After the incident, the boyfriend informed the woman's parents.
The police sent the woman's body for a forensic examination. Following the investigation, her boyfriend was arrested and a case was filed against him for his actions leading up to her death.
