The woman just canceled an order due to a delay it was enough for the delivery boy to get agitated and punch her in the nose. The woman described the whole incident in one of her videos shared on Instagram.
When she denied taking the order after opening the gate partially, the delivery boy went out of control. He started verbal vowes with the lady and rushed in the drawing-room without her permission. When the woman objected to his entry, into the house boy asked her if he is her servant? He punched her nose so badly that it began to bleed. The delivery boy fled after this incident.
In response, Zomato has tendered an apology after the incident. The local executive will get in touch with her to assist in a police investigation or medical treatment. The company has assured strict action against the delivery boy and owes it to be not repeated in the future. (WD)
