India's badminton star Jwala Gutta has earned widespread admiration for a heartfelt initiative that is saving lives. After giving birth to her daughter Mira in April, Jwala has been actively contributing to a breast milk donation drive at a government hospital, benefiting premature and critically ill newborns.
Taking to social media, Jwala highlighted the importance of donor milk for premature and critically ill infants. Sharing her mission on X (formerly Twitter), she wrote: “Breast milk saves lives. For premature and sick babies, donor milk can be life-changing. If you’re able to donate, you could be a hero to a family in need. Learn more, share the word, and support milk banks!"
