Congress Baghpat district president Yunus Chaudhary in Uttar Pradesh was removed from his post after an objectionable video of him “flashing” went viral on the social media.
In the viral video, Yunus Chaudhary was seen flashing his private parts and engaging in “indecent” behaviour with the woman filming the scene. The woman can be heard saying, “Please don’t do it.. My mother will come now.. this is wrong,” to which Chaudhary reportedly continues and responds, “This is the last time.”

The video, widely shared online, has caused an uproar within the Congress party, leading to removal of Chaudhary from his position.
However, the Congress leader denied any wrongdoing and claimed the video was part of a political conspiracy orchestrated by his rivals. He added that he has only verbally requested the police to investigate who made the video viral.
Baghpat Superintendent of Police (SP) Arpit Vijayvargiya said that no formal complaint has been filed regarding the incident yet. "There is no information about any obscene video involving the Congress leader. If a complaint is filed, we will take necessary action following an investigation."
