A 90-year-old Resham Bai from Dewas of Madhya Pradesh has become talk of the town after a video of her driving a car on the highway has gone viral on social media, with netizens praising her.
Even state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan couldn’t resist himself to share her video and called her ‘inspiration’.
It is learnt that Resham Bai lives in a joint family in Bilawali village near Dewas. Seeing everyone in her family driving, Resham Bai also thought of driving the car and asked her son to teach to drive the car. Initially, her son didn’t take this seriously, but seeing the spirit of the mother, he taught her to drive. Within a few days, Resham Bai learned driving.
