Gut wrenching tale of school girls molestation 'Ajmer 92’ goes unnoticed

Ajmer 92’ tells the story of the grim plight of girls from the city of Ajmer in the year 1992. A gut wrenching tale of families that were torn apart in the wake of unspeakable crimes against women.Despite creating furor on the virtual world the movie had the worst possible start at the box office.

As per the trade analyst the movie garnered only 30 lakhs on the opening day. Absence of a star studded cas already made a dent to the earnings. Subsequently, it was also sidelined by the prominent film critics as they didn't took the trouble for penning down a review.

The presence of mighty Hollywood release Oppenheimer and Barbie made the flick swept away from the screens, Where it could have done some business. Only in the Metros and 2 and 3 tier cities a sizable screen count to the movie were allotted. The public review have mixed reactions so far.

Reliance Entertainment in association with U&K Films Entertainment, Sumit Motion Pictures and Little Crew Pictures released ‘Ajmer-92’ on 21st July. Earlier The poster, Teaser and Trailer looked hard hitting and difficult to digest but it was not reflected in the collections.
