5 Flops! Is Jagga Jasoos the last nail in coffin of Ranbir Kapoor’s career?

Mumbai: From the very first day the proceedings of Jagga Jasoos didn’t look promising at the box office. A movie made on the mammoth budget of 125 crore, collected a meager amont of 33 crore on the first weekend. A slump was expected in the first week and the movie managed to collect 4.05 crore on Monday, 3.48 crore on Tuesday and 3.05 crore on Wednesday. The gross collection has yet to reach 50 crore before entering into the second weekend.

Ranbir Kapoor has been facing a draught of hit movies for a long time. Besharam (2013), Roy (2015) and Tamasha (2015) were flops while Bombay Velvet (2015) was disastrous. Now the failure of Jagga Jasoos has made situations worse for him. Many Star Kids have gone through a lean patch in their career, some picked themselves up and bounced back and some faded away from the tinsel town. Lets see whether ,Is this the downfall of Junior Kapoor or will he bounce back.(WD)
