He feels only an hour in the gym doing focused workouts can do the magic. For diet , he recommends drinking 4 litres of water each day, 6-7 small meals in a day which lean heavily on protein, drinking green tea between meals for detox and avoiding bad carbs like white bread, ice cream etc. Clearly, the journey to the top of the fitness modelling chain is one rife with challenges.
